The study visits were designed to strengthen the cooperation between the Koszalin University of Technology and Ukrainian partner universities within the international EU4DUAL alliance. The program included a series of organized trips to partner institutions in Finland, France, Spain, Croatia, and Hungary, aimed at sharing best practices in modern education. A key element of these visits was the direct engagement with the business sector through organized tours of various enterprises and industrial sites.
Participants had the opportunity to see how academic knowledge is applied in real-world professional environments, which is the core of the dual education system. These excursions allowed the delegation to observe different approaches to university-business partnerships and to understand how curricula can be better adapted to meet current economic needs. By visiting both modern university campuses and active workplaces, the participants were able to identify effective methods for linking theory with practice.
The experience gained during these visits serves as a foundation for further collaboration, helping to build a bridge between Ukrainian higher education and European standards. The focus on networking and direct observation of industrial operations provided the necessary tools to develop new educational strategies that benefit both students and future employers. This international exchange not only fostered academic growth but also created lasting professional ties within the European research and industry landscape.
