The international conference “Future of Work – Future of Education” took place in June 2023, bringing together experts, educators, researchers, and industry leaders. The event focused on key themes such as dual education models, intercultural communication, and strengthening cooperation between academia and the business sector. Participants presented a range of research studies exploring the evolving nature of work, innovative educational approaches, and the role of intercultural communication within dual education systems. The conference included sessions dedicated to addressing the fundamental question, “What is the Future of Work?” These sessions explored emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in the labor market shaped by technological advancements and globalization. Additionally, the event featured lively debates and discussions with entrepreneurs, offering valuable insights from the industry perspective. A key highlight of the conference was the invitation extended to representatives from various European universities. These delegates actively engaged in dialogues and roundtables aimed at assessing the current progress of the initiative and identifying areas for further collaboration. During the conference the session of kick-off meeting for WP3 was held.
