Carousel Week 2025
Fostering Innovation Through International Exchange

During the carousel week, we welcomed 29 students from EU4Dual partner Savonia UAS (Finland), Jade UAS (Germany), the University of Economics in Bratislava (Slovak Republic), Vilnius TECH (Lithuania), and the University of Lorraine (France). Simultaneously, our bachelor students from the study year IWV23 participated in three different international weeks at Vilnius TECH in Lithuania and two campuses (Nancy and Epinal) at the University of Lorraine in France. One of the most exciting aspects of the week was the intercultural exchange and the particularly friendly atmosphere. Workshops such as “Current Trends in Supply Chains” and the “Beer Game” were both engaging and educational for our engineers. Hands-on experiences with cutting-edge technology in the Smart Production Lab provided many “aha” moments and practical insights. The social program, including visits to Oberkapfenberg Castle and the city of Graz, perfectly complemented the technical sessions and offered numerous opportunities for networking and cultural exchange.

Co-Creation Session: Entrepreneurial Breakfast
A co-creation session within PAR’s traditional Entrepreneurial Breakfast was held on 28 March 2026, moderated by Prof. Sven Maričić, PhD, with participation of industry representatives, including the Croatian Chamber of Economy. The session brought together academia and business for an interactive exchange on entrepreneurship and innovation.
EU4Dual Annual Conference
The EU4Dual Annual Conference 2026 in Heilbronn brought together more than 400 participants from 16 countries to discuss how dual higher education can address key societal challenges such as health, sustainability, innovation, and the future of work. The event highlighted international collaboration, student mobility, and research partnerships. We reported on the conference and its key outcomes on our website and in our newsletter.
Co-Creation Session: Entrepreneurial Breakfast
A joint online session within the Erasmus+ K2W project brought together academia and industry representatives to exchange good practices in dual education, supporting Western Balkan partners in implementing dual study models.
