In 2024, integrating sustainability as a core aspect of ongoing development of paramount importance. While addressing present needs is crucial, it is even more vital to ensure the preservation of current conditions for future generations, all while embracing innovation and progress. Universities, as hubs of knowledge creation and dissemination, play a pivotal role in shaping students’ worldviews. The academic environment and experiences during university years significantly influence students’ perspectives and values, making it imperative for institutions to exemplify sustainable practices. Recognizing this responsibility, a growing number of higher education institutions are implementing dedicated green initiatives aimed at minimizing their ecological footprint. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the ecological footprint of John von Neumann University, offering insights into its sustainability efforts and their broader implications.
Co-Creation Session: Entrepreneurial Breakfast
A co-creation session within PAR’s traditional Entrepreneurial Breakfast was held on 28 March 2026, moderated by Prof. Sven Maričić, PhD, with participation of industry representatives, including the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
