PAR University of Applied Sciences hosted five early-stage researchers from MCAST (Malta College of Arts, Science & Technology) as part of the First EU4DUAL Young Researcher School. The programme was designed to strengthen research skills and academic exchange within the EU4DUAL alliance. During their stay in Rijeka, participants took part in mentorship sessions, peer collaboration and workshops focused on topics such as dual education and the three Grand Challenges: Healthy Living, Green Economy, and Future of Work. The programme also included institutional visits and networking activities, giving participants a deeper understanding of applied research in higher education. The experience helped foster stronger connections between partner institutions and contributed to the alliance’s mission of building a shared, practice-oriented research environment.
