PAR Bootcamp 2025 brought together more than 70 students from across Europe for a one-week programme focused on entrepreneurship, creativity and international collaboration. Held in Rijeka, the bootcamp offered a dynamic mix of workshops, lectures, cultural visits and hands-on teamwork – all within the framework of an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP). A key element of this year’s programme was the visit to two regional development agencies, where students gained insight into local business ecosystems and support structures for entrepreneurship. These visits helped inform their main task: the development of an original business-themed podcast, which they worked on in international teams with the guidance of mentors and lecturers. The bootcamp aimed to strengthen entrepreneurial thinking, cross-cultural teamwork and communication skills through real-world tasks and project-based learning. Students explored topics such as storytelling, branding and pitching – with a focus on making their podcast ideas engaging, innovative and relevant. The entire programme reflected EU4Dual commitment to applied, interdisciplinary education, providing students with valuable experience at the intersection of business and international cooperation.
