The EU4Dual internship program within partner’s entities officially started with Margarita, a student from Savonia University of Applied Sciences, undertaking her research internship at ESTIA’s Research Department. Supervised by Guillaume Terrasson and in collaboration with Savonia researcher Rajeev Kanth, Margarita worked on the development and deployment of a technological device aimed at optimizing water irrigation systems — a project that addresses both engineering challenges and environmental sustainability.
This experience marks a significant milestone in EU4Dual’s ambition to encourage student mobility and international research cooperation. Margarita also shared her insights and personal experience in an interview video, highlighting the academic, technical, and intercultural benefits of this exchange.
