Staff mobility offers short-term international exchanges (typically 2–5 days) for staff members at EU4Dual partner universities. The goal is to exchange knowledge, develop skills, and build long-term collaborations between universities.
Staff mobility is open to both academic and non-academic staff employed by EU4Dual universities.
Check out the EU4Dual partner universities in the “International offices” section below to see available opportunities.
Staff mobility is usually funded by Erasmus+. In Hungary, a similar scheme called Pannonia is available.
The mobility grant helps cover travel, living, and housing costs, but your home university may also contribute to expenses.
Staff mobility applicants are selected by their home university based on their own criteria and timelines.
Find out more about funding and the application process, contact your mobility coordinator or your home university’s International Office to learn more about eligibility.
