The 12th edition of Women Without PARdon, PAR’s signature women in business conference, once again brought together inspiring voices from business, education and public life. Held in Rijeka, the 2025 conference placed a spotlight on the powerful connection between women’s leadership and dual education. A special focus was placed on business owners who host PAR students for internships, who shared their experiences of mentorship, leadership and supporting the next generation through real-world learning opportunities. Their insights highlighted how strong female leadership directly shapes student development and career readiness. The programme featured a series of keynote talks, panel discussions and networking sessions, all aimed at encouraging dialogue on authentic leadership, resilience, and professional growth. A highlight of the event was the presentation of the PARdonna Award, honouring women whose work has made a meaningful impact on their communities. Women Without PARdon 2025 reaffirmed its role as a platform for purposeful exchange, celebrating those who lead with integrity while building bridges between education and business.
