The project has developed a knowledge management framework divided into 7 phases and supported by a technological platform. This tool tracks the evolution of an employee’s knowledge, detects gaps, and identifies opportunities for professional growth. It also provides insights into the overall skill development of departments and organizations, ensuring better alignment with company strategies.
Applied successfully in the education and industrial sectors, the platform has received positive feedback. By putting people at the center, EZATECH offers an effective solution for companies to adapt to evolving knowledge needs and support employees in taking on new responsibilities.
