Joint Session on Dual Education

A joint online session on dual education was held as part of the Erasmus+ CBHE project K2W – Empowering Career Readiness and Industry Collaboration for Higher Education in the Western Balkans, coordinated by PAR University of Applied Sciences. The session brought together representatives from academia and industry, fostering dialogue on the development and implementation of dual education models. Special focus was placed on sharing good practices and experiences from EU partners, providing valuable insights for Western Balkan institutions. Partners from the Western Balkans actively participated in the discussion, demonstrating strong interest in adapting and implementing dual education approaches within their own institutions through the project activities.The session highlighted the importance of closer cooperation between higher education and the labour market, in line with the project’s goal of improving career readiness and employability of students.
