How can we design cross-border digital teaching while ensuring quality and innovation? The Online Teaching Intensive Program (OTIP), developed within EU4DUAL, supports university educators in designing and delivering high-quality digital teaching across Europe.

The programme focuses on Constructive Alignment, Learning Journey Design, and the responsible use of digital tools, including AI. Through hands-on workshops, educators explore how to combine asynchronous and synchronous formats and translate pedagogical principles into practical teaching solutions.

OTIP strengthens digital teaching competences while fostering European collaboration in higher education. The pilot edition took place in October 2025, with further sessions planned for 2026. The programme is coordinated by FH JOANNEUM.
