and health club. Interns will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic
and luxurious setting.

Job duties: Several positions are available, generally assisting with daily operations, supporting the
operations team in the smooth functioning of daily hotel activities.
Front facing team will assist in greeting and checking in/out guests, ensuring a warm
welcome, handling guest inquiries and providing information about hotel services, facilities,
and local attractions, addressing guest complaints and issues, escalating to the
appropriate manager if necessary. Ensuring accurate billing and financial transactions
while engaging with guests to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Food and Beverage operations will assist in the restaurant, bar, or banquet services as
needed, supporting the setup and breakdown of event spaces for conferences, meetings,
and special events and helping in maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas.
Administration will perform data entry and maintain accurate records in hotel
management systems, assisting with preparing reports and presentations for management
while supporting the scheduling and coordination of staff shifts and meetings.

 

Specific qualifications: Education: Hospitality Management Degree or Business Administration Degree.
Skills: Communication and Customer service
Relevant Experience through previous internships or part-time jobs is a benefit
