About the company: You would join the Sustainability team, made up of fourteen individuals based in Paris,
London and NY. More specifically, you would support two persons: the climate expert and
the ESG & Impact Structuration expert on various projects related to their respective
mandates.
Through this internship, you would participate directly to Ardian’s transformation projects
and develop your skills in a leading company on social/societal and environmental
subjects. You would deepen your understanding of the Private Markets industry and its
role in the development of a resilient economy
Job duties: • Implementation Ardian’s Climate strategy by providing support to Ardian’s portfolio
companies in managing their impacts
• Develop new thematic and impact investment products (market benchmark, pipe
analysis, cash-flow modelisation, fund/mandate P&L projection, case studies…)
• Analysis and implement new impact measurement methodologies
• Prepare client meetings
Specific qualifications: • Fluent in both English and French
• Pack Office (incl. knowledge of VBA and PBi)
• Dedication & thoroughness
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apprehend new and complex projects
• Efficiency & time management
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Team player
Additional information: • Graduate with a relevant Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or Economy
• Investment literate (a first experience in Private Markets or M&A in a consulting firm
shall be preferred)
• Knowledge of ESG, Climate & Impact key concepts (net-zero, green bonds, impact
investing; and ESG regulations…)
