La teneur en min\u00e9raux des fruits d\u00e9pend de nombreux facteurs diff\u00e9rents tels que la qualit\u00e9 du sol, la quantit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 des nutriments appliqu\u00e9s, la vari\u00e9t\u00e9, les conditions de croissance, les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques, etc. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour la sant\u00e9 des fruits sont dues \u00e0 l'effet synergique de leurs constituants (min\u00e9raux, sucres, acides organiques, antioxydants, fibres, etc.), qui peut \u00eatre fortement influenc\u00e9 par les conditions de croissance. En ce qui concerne les \u00e9l\u00e9ments min\u00e9raux, les fraises sont une source bien connue de <strong>K, P, Mg, Ca<\/strong> etc. On pense g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement que les fruits biologiques sont plus s\u00fbrs et plus sains, mais il n'y a toujours pas de preuve que les fruits issus de l'agriculture biologique soient plus nutritifs. Il existe de nombreux rapports comparant la teneur en macro-\u00e9l\u00e9ments et en micro-\u00e9l\u00e9ments des fruits biologiques et conventionnels, mais les r\u00e9sultats sont contradictoires. \u00c0 notre avis, l'une des raisons de ces r\u00e9sultats contradictoires pourrait \u00eatre que les champs biologiques, conventionnels et int\u00e9gr\u00e9s se trouvent dans des zones diff\u00e9rentes. Par cons\u00e9quent, les param\u00e8tres du sol et les facteurs climatiques (pr\u00e9cipitations, heures d'ensoleillement, etc.) peuvent \u00eatre diff\u00e9rents, et il est difficile de distinguer l'effet des nombreux facteurs complexes et interactifs. Conscients de ce probl\u00e8me, nous avons mis en place une exp\u00e9rience dans laquelle des engrais organiques et inorganiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9s sur des parcelles adjacentes dans la m\u00eame zone. L'application de ce dispositif exp\u00e9rimental permet d'\u00e9liminer la variance due aux diff\u00e9rentes conditions climatiques et propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du sol. Compte tenu de l'importance croissante des biostimulants dans l'agriculture biologique, nous avons examin\u00e9 l'effet d'un engrais organique sur le sol. <strong>inoculant bact\u00e9rien pour sol<\/strong> et un biostimulant \u00e0 base d'algues autoris\u00e9 dans l'agriculture biologique et largement utilis\u00e9. Un effet bien connu des bact\u00e9ries PGPR est d'aider les plantes \u00e0 absorber certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments min\u00e9raux du sol. Le biostimulant \u00e0 base d'algues a \u00e9t\u00e9 inclus dans l'exp\u00e9rience parce qu'il peut aider \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer les effets du stress et pourrait am\u00e9liorer l'apport en micronutriments. Dans la pr\u00e9sente exp\u00e9rience, les concentrations en \u00e9l\u00e9ments min\u00e9raux des feuilles et des fruits de fraises cultiv\u00e9es biologiquement et conventionnellement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compar\u00e9es avec ou sans application de biostimulants microbiens. Bien que notre plan de reconstitution des \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs ait \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 sur la base des donn\u00e9es d'analyse du sol, certaines concentrations d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments pour les feuilles et les fruits se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es plus faibles que pr\u00e9vu sur la base des donn\u00e9es de la litt\u00e9rature, par exemple la concentration de K reste inf\u00e9rieure aux attentes, ce qui sugg\u00e8re que nous devons utiliser un apport plus important au cours de la prochaine saison de croissance. L'utilisation d'un inoculant bact\u00e9rien pour le sol a entra\u00een\u00e9 une augmentation de la teneur en la plupart des \u00e9l\u00e9ments, mais il est difficile d'interpr\u00e9ter le fait que l'utilisation combin\u00e9e d'un biostimulant bact\u00e9rien et d'un biostimulant \u00e0 base d'algues a entra\u00een\u00e9 des concentrations plus faibles pour plusieurs oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments. Les diff\u00e9rences constat\u00e9es dans la teneur en \u00e9l\u00e9ments min\u00e9raux des fruits entre les diff\u00e9rents traitements ne sont pas significatives pour l'apport en nutriments chez l'homme. En m\u00eame temps, nous devons tenir compte du fait que les concentrations d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments min\u00e9raux pr\u00e9sentent une corr\u00e9lation positive et n\u00e9gative entre elles.
