This publication is also a result of the Lighthouse Research Initiative &#8216;Interdisciplinarity in Social Sciences. A European Way of Life&#8217;, led by the Koszalin University of Technology \u2013 Digital Humanities and New Media Lab, within the EU4Dual. The volume features contributions that address diverse topics\u2014from the role of innovation in fostering inclusive workplaces and virtual reality&#8217;s impact on anxiety reduction in business education, to organisational culture in cybersecurity and AI&#8217;s application in manufacturing automation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This collection provides critical insights into current challenges and trends such as youth labour markets in Poland and Ukraine, the significance of digital personal branding, and cybersecurity&#8217;s importance in healthcare and critical infrastructure resilience.
