Measuring and reducing the university’s carbon footprint

How can universities measure and reduce their carbon footprint?

Universities play an important role in the transition towards more sustainable organisations. Understanding where emissions come from is the first step towards reducing them effectively.

This EU4DUAL Sustainability Seminar will focus on practical ways to measure and reduce the carbon footprint of university operations, addressing areas such as materials, energy use, mobility and waste management.

The session will include examples of effective practices in higher education, with a special focus on the experience of Mondragon University.
